Mark specializes in leadership development, strategic planning, project management, and service improvement. He has 30 years leadership experience in construction, utilities, oil & gas, global consulting, and international banking in North America and the UK.

Tracey Lawrence
Tracey has 10 years experience in delivering leadership development programs for leaders across Canada and the US, as well as 20 years management experience. She is a Certified Organizational Coach and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Patricia Harasym
Patricia uses the Leadership Essentials framework to support people as they navigate the joys and challenges of human relationships. After 25 years as a clinical Pharmacist, Patricia attained a Masters in Communication Studies and a PhD in Education.
